are these ovulation symptoms?

took plan b, got period two weeks early and in the middle of my cycle (was supposed to be ovulation) and now im supposed to ovulate soon according to my period tracker - pretty sure its inaccurate since my period thrown off. ive been getting tender breasts and a lot of liquidy, clear discharge and been sexually frustrated/clingy for the past few days.. ovulation or preggo? took plan b after getting fingered by sperm so unnecessary intake but a little part of me is paranoid
