Baby straining

Its been over 2 days since my baby has pooped. I was giving her an ounce of cut down prune juice in each of her 2 mid day formula bottles and she receives breast milk at night. She has been waking up screaming and straining. It breaks my heart to hear her cry 💔

I've tried keeping her belly to belly with me for warmth and she calms down. I've given warm peppermint bottles to try to ease gas pain when gas relief drops don't seem to work.

Not sure how to help my baby from here.
