Pimples inside vagina opening

I have 2 small pimples growing inside my vagina opening and I’m soo scared. I’m gonna go get checked later today but they itch and hurt and I’m scared my boyfriend may of gave me something because he’s the only person I’ve EVER been sexually active with. I trust that he hasn’t cheated on me bc I honestly think he’d ever do that to me but if I actually do have something, I’ll have no choice but to end the relationship. I’m scared and hoping it’s anything other than a serious STD Or STI
