Does anyone else have anxiety attacks like this?

I've talked to multiple people with anxiety and I guess I just have more severe attacks? I know they are not all the same. I have horrible chest pain that goes to my back too. I have trouble breathing and chest tightness. I have never had a heart attack before but I would probably compare this to one! Sometimes it takes hours to go away and I seriously don't know how I survive these attacks.

My mom has many times where she thought she was having a heart attack but it turned out to be a panic attack. I recommend getting on an anxiety medication. It's very difficult to tell yourself that you're okay when you feel like you're dying so being able to take an anxiety pill is very helpful

My mom and I are the same way. A lot of times with chills, sweat, etc., on top of it all. Everyone’s anxiety and reactions are different, yours seem to be on the more severe side which is totally ok, just make sure you’re doing whatever you can to help yourself!

Mine are exactly like this, but a little worse because of my asthma.

Mine used to be like that so I know how scary it can be. Best thing you can do is get yourself to a doctor. Therapy and medication significantly improved the number of attacks I have and the severity of them so I don’t experience pain to that level anymore.
