What to do with the poo in public

Question

So im new to cloth diapering and only doing it part time right now but I want to go full time when i have a large enough stash... So when going out in public running errans and baby poops (not solid yet... Peanut butter stage) what do you do with the poop? Just wrap it up and dump it at home? Dump it in public? 
I'm so new any advice is appreciated :)

If you breastfeed yes you wrap it up and put it in a wet bag and add it to your laundry at home. Once it turns solid just dump it in a toilet.

Put it in the wet bag in the diaper bag and deal with it when I get home. If you're exclusively breastfeeding the poop is completely water soluble so the diaper can just go in the wash. Once baby started on solids we got a diaper sprayer that attaches to the toilet. It's great!

I used disposable liners. I liked Grovia from Amazon. They are flushable so you just pull them and load out of the diaper and drop in the toilet.

My daughter poo’s like clockwork every time I take her to the store! In the parking lot before I get her out of her carseat it happens... it happens a lot. 
I don’t like using public changing stations so I change her in our vehicle, she is breastfed so it’s still runny peanut butter poo, I fold the diaper up and snap if close in to a small ball and throw it in the wet bag until I get home.

Cloth liners I put it in a little doggie pop bag and spray it off when I get home. And I use scented ones so it doesn’t stink up my whole bag
