Help me pick out my job! 😫

So, I’m a nurse and decided to do some job searching while on maternity leave. Now I’m in a position where I’ve been offered two jobs and I can’t decide.

1. Pros: Way closer to home, in an ER - where I’ve always seen myself working, $9/hour raise, will get to see the baby more, in the area I’m studying in school (will help with job outcome when I graduate), had an amazing vibe at the interview, way better for school

Cons: would have to switch benefits after just meeting out of pocket max, night shift, will miss my husband 3 nights a week

2. Pros: Get to stay with the company I’ve been with for five years that I LOVE (different departments), will get to keep same benefits, potentially work days, won’t miss husband as much, lots of learning opportunities!

Cons: Same money that I’m making now, further commute, can’t guarantee a job out of school, will pretty much miss baby three days a week

Hubby is NO help with all of his “follow your heart” nonsense 😉, so I’m coming to you ladies for help!
