What should i do my ex bf said  that he want to take the baby way from me  when i am 9 months  but i am not letting that happen bc i am be going through alll this by myself and he did not even want the baby and now he does what should i do

You should tread lightly here. 
There are a few possible outcomes. 
You fight him and he a) punishes the child by not being an active parent b) goes to court. 
If he goes to court and you’re both amicable you have a chance at successfully coparenting and having a child loved by BOTH parents. If you try to punish each other over bitterness from a past relationship, you’ll spend your entire lives putting your child in the middle of your own personal issues. 
I would contact an attorney so you’re prepared and tell him that while your relationship romantically is over you are happy he wants to be a present father and you’d be happy to make arrangements that are beneficial to the child and both parents. Even if you don’t mean it, take the high road and you’ll always come out on top.

Nothing. He can’t just take the baby from you unless you’re proven unfit. If he wants to be in his child’s life it doesn’t matter if he Wanted the baby at first or not. He wants to be there now so try and figure it out without the courts

Don’t worry about it and wait for him to file something in court. He’ll have to do that to have paternity established anyway.
If he files something, contact a good family law attorney. You won’t be able to keep him from the baby entirely just because he said he didn’t want the baby initially. People are entitled to mature and have a change of heart. But it could affect how much visitation he gets if you have proof that he didn’t want it, so don’t delete any pertinent text messages or anything. 
But he’s not going to “take the baby away from you”. The courts in most states almost always favor an arrangement where both parents are able to be involved in the child’s life.

He cannot just take your child away from you for no reason. I see no reason why you shouldn’t have split custody though and most judges do grant that when parents are separated. Not right away though! Just talk to a lawyer and decide what’s best for your child.
