9 weeks & 5 days and experiencing this..

So a few nights ago I started to not feel well. I was lying in bed and felt really sick so I got up to go to the bathroom and my legs were like completely numb. I managed to get to the toilet and get back to bed and I’m lying here and my hearts racing and I feel really shaky and dizzy even thou I’m lying down..

Later on that night I fainted.

Over the past few days, each day, I’ve been getting severely painful headaches to the point i can barely keep my eyes open before of the pain.

Now today I’ve been have quite a few stomach cramps (no bleeding or discharge) and for the past couple hours I’ve been getting this painful sharp shooting pain in the back of my neck

Should I be concerned? Any advice would be helpful thank you 💖
