Urgent Advice Needed

Yesterday morning my one year old child’s father refused to tell me my sons location, and lied about his location. We have a non legalized agreement with each other that we have him on a certain schedule. When I wanted to pick him up, that was my day to get him. I eventually found out that he was at his grandmothers, so I went there to pick up my child and my child’s father refused to let me take him home. His whole family also locked the doors and refused to let him out.

Eventually after about an hour of waiting for them to bring me my child, my child’s father said he would ONLY let me have him if he drove him to my apartment and also would not let me have his car seat nor any of his belongings that he had with him. ( I have diapers and a car seat as well as everything he needs now)

I have full sole custody of my child. My child’s father has absolutely no custody rights, not even visitation rights. Upon looking it up, I found out that what he did was considered parental kidnapping and now that it’s over I wished I would’ve just called the police but obviously can’t now.

I don’t know what to do anymore. I don’t trust him with our child at all, and since he has moved out but his name is on our apartment lease, he’s allowed to come here whenever he wants and that worries me.

What should I do?
