Idk what to do

Hey, so I was talking to a guy about a few months ago and we had sex a few times (we used protection but one of the last time the condom broke) but me being stupid- didn’t think to go get tested. Fast forward 5 months later. Me and an old friend have started dating and it’s getting serious(I think I’m falling for him). But the last guy I talked to just threw a wrench in the picture. He told me that he had got tested and had Chlamydia and think I should get tested 😭 I am scheduling to see a dr but idk how to tell my bd without him thinking I cheated or just simply getting mad and leaving me. It’s really triggering my depression and anxiety trying to rationally get through this. PLEASE HELP. Any advice is worth it.
