Cramping and migraines

I had sex the other day and he put a confirm on and then in the middle he took it off. I’m no longer on birth control (that’s why I told him to wear a condom) I’m not sure if he came inside me or not but since then I’ve had terrible migraines, I’ve been nauseous, and cramping. I can’t be pregnant because I know it’s too early to tell, buuuut is it normal for me to feel this way?
