TMI..going through miscarriage and don’t know if this is normal.

I keep passing stuff like this, all on separate days. I should’ve been around 7 weeks but ultrasound had shown nothing but a sac. I was having brown spotting for a week and then Saturday full blown bleeding. I keep getting bad cramps and I feel like throwing up constantly now. My levels were still going up while I was spotting. Please help idk what I should do. Don’t want to go to Er just to be sent home and I work in an hour.
