Any moms out there who has ibs or is lactose intolerant?

How much of a struggle was this during pregnancy?

I'm lactose intolerant, I don't find it an issue I just avoid dairy. There are so many alternatives that it doesn't bother me and I don't miss it xx

I have IBS, microscopic colitis, and I’m allergic to milk and lactose intolerant. I take medicine for it. It honestly wasn’t that bad. But some days were worse than others.
