on my boyfriends 17th birthday ( i was 15 at the time ) he had a party, got drunk, and had a lot of girls invited. i felt him slipping away from me and i didn’t want him to do something with any other girls so when he invited me to the bedroom i followed along... we started kissing and he started to take off my dress and i allowed that, but after our intense make out session i knew he wanted to have sex with me and i said “i’m not ready, can we not” and he just kept saying “i’ll be gentle baby i love you” and i said NO but he is stronger than me so he managed to push me down and spread my legs and took my virginity. my question is, is this rape.. or not because i lead him on and he was drunk?
