Help please!

So my babygirl is 5 months. Earlier she had a little bit of blood in her poop and we waited to see if she had more when she pooped again and she had like a drop of blood. But she has a little rash, so I don’t know if it’s from that. And she was fine and unbothered until a little after her bath. I was on the phone with someone from the ER when I heard her just start crying like crazy. I put her to sleep and she woke up like that again not too long ago. Should we take her in? I feel so bad for my baby. FTM here, help please!!

**Edit: We didn’t take her in, she ended up staying asleep and not waking up crying. In the morning she was the happy baby that she normally is again. Her rash is now gone.
