What the hell is wrong with me?!?

I feel like my face tells it all. I have been having bad cramping on my right side where my ovary should be it is a constant ache but will have stabbing pain from time to time. It started about 3 months ago and has only gotten more painful. My OBGYN did a exam and thought I may have a ovarian cyst but then the ultrasound didn’t show anything. He was pretty dismissive and said that I might have endometriosis all of a sudden. I am not convinced and I keep bloating so much I look pregnant again. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Has anyone had something like this happen to them?
