Stopped going out

I told my boyfriend we should stop going out for awhile cause every time we do, he spends so much money 😥 He has a stable job (just got promoted), budgets and saves, but I just feel so bad cause I’m always like “let’s go see this movie” cause it’s something we’ve both been waiting for to come out (with movie gift cards from family). Then we end up going out to stores to waste time till the movie starts, and he ends up buying games, CD’s, vinyls, comics and then offers to buy ME stuff! I always deny. Plus I’m broke and been looking for a job for 6+ months now, so I feel bad I can’t buy him things or split the bill.

Yeah, time to just go straight to his house and play borderlands for 12 hours 😅 That’s good enough for me.
