Could I be pregnant

I stopped taking my birth control about a month ago to help me lose weight. ( talked it over with my doctor ) I never got my period after i stopped taking it. I was maybe 2 or 3 days late. I hooked up with my ex last week, wasn’t thinking and totally forgot I wasn’t on birth control anymore. Took plan b the morning after. I’ve been cramping since before I took the plan b. I never bled or spotted. Could I be pregnant? I’m 11 days late for my period.
