Unknown antibody?

Has anyone ever been told they have an unknown antibody after the antibody screen?? I apparently acquired it after my sons pregnancy because I was negative with his and that’s what my dr said was how I got that. She is going to speak with a high risk specialist but is thinking all will be ok. Meanwhile I am freaked out reading about what problems it could cause for me and baby (I know worst case Scenarios but still) anyway I am majorly confused and worried at this point ugh any mommas been thru this or any mommas that have experience in this field? I am in medical field but I know nothing about the whole blood work ups 😬
