Placental Abnormality

I found out yesterday that 30% of my placenta looks abnormal. This was discovered after I had some heavy bleeding (no cramps) for a day and some clots. Baby was fine and heart beat good and this was at 10 weeks. I’m now 11 weeks and have an ultrasound next week to check on things but wondering if anyone else has experienced this so early in a pregnancy and what their outcome was. Everyone says don’t stress but that’s easier said than done. Any info would be helpful.
