Tubes tied and IVF

Anyone with their tubes tied cut and burned but went through IVF?? Thinking about doing it next year, but wondering what all you did to prepare yourself for it? I am 34 (35 in September) and need to loose a lot of weight. Any suggestions on how to get ready to hopefully have a successful IVF transfer and pregnancy?? Vitamins I should start taking now? I'm also going to start a weight loss journal...any tips would be great!
