What’s wrong with me ? Gall bladder ?

I’m 24 I had a baby 5 months ago vaginally and all was fine. My doctor is awful she didn’t even do a pelvic exam after. Anyway the last 2 months my stomach is so sore and tender all of a sudden and it hurts when my daughter lays or stands on me. Ive been to 4 docotrs and had bloodwork and urine tests done etc. 
Last week I was on the couch for 6 hours straight in severe pain. Under my rib area and across upper abdomen with crazy back pack.
I’ve noticed a lot of gas (both ways) which I only had in my pregnancy super early.
I get nausea and pain in my stomach and lately I just feel blah. 
Any ideas what it could be ??

If your pain starts off under your rib cage, radiates around your back and feels like contractions in the middle of your back then it could very well be gall stones. I had this terrible in 2017 and was hospitalised regularly with the pain until I had my gall bladder removed in April 2017. A simple blood test to check your liver enzymes or something would tell you if it’s gall stones xx

That does sound like gallstones it feels like back labour and apparently it's really common in women who have just had babies mine started while I was pregnant and I ended up in an ambulance 3 weeks after having my son.

It sounds like gallstones. It’s the worse pain ever  my son was 2 months when the pain started it was so bad I was rushed to the hospital and sure it enough it was gallstones and they removed my gallbladder
