Weight loss confusion ðŸ˜
So I’m trying to lose weight.
I’m 150 pounds, at 5 foot 4, aged 26.... so technically classed as slightly overweight based on my BMI, but not massively so.
It’s more about getting healthier, fitting more comfortably in my clothes, getting more active.
I’m now more regularly going to the gym, mix of cardio and weights.
But with diet? I’m trying to get on top of it. And I know it’s more about lifestyle changes not fad diets. But there’s so much conflicting info out there, does anyone have any tips?
Like, there’s loads of stuff about how you shouldn’t skip breakfast- but then people go on about intermittent fasting?
