Coparenting help!!

Me and the father of the baby are not together, we will not be getting back together. The baby is coming around May 30th, and we’re trying to establish a parenting plan ahead of the birth. So moms, say your child’s father has NEVER been around a new born, changed a diaper, or anything like that, and has no support system at his home, also keeping in mind I will be breastfeeding, what age do you see as safe and fit for the infant to spend a night or weekend away with the father?
