Semen Analysis False Results?

Has anyone’s SO ever received false results on their semen analysis!? I guess I’m still trying to hold on to hope after getting our results last night 😩 He only went 1 day abstinent prior to giving the specimen since his urologist didn’t specify how long to wait, even though I knew he should have waited at least 2 days but I think our anxiousness got the best of us.

My SO’s SA was terrible after we only had about 24 hours of abstinence before. We did another and had 5 days of abstinence and his numbers were above average. We’ve been doing IUIs and each month have had at least 4-5 days and his numbers have been great!
