How do you get over someone

I’m having a hard time moving on and forgetting about a guy that gave me so many hopes that we would end up dating someday.. which is pretty recent, been couple days we stopped talking and it’s hard. I miss him so much and I Don’t even understand why. We were not even a couple and yet I miss him so much, his hugs, his kisses and everything 😔 how do u get over someone who hurt you real bad?...
