How many cycles of Femara/letrozole + ovidrel did it take for you to get pregnant?

I have PCOS and am on my first round of Femara (5mg) after clomid (50 mg) did not make me ovulate. I took the ovidrel shot as well. I had one dominant follicle measuring at 27mm.
How long did it take for you to conceive using these?

One round! I had the same dose and Ovidrel trigger. The trigger never went out but my tests started to get darker at 10 dpt. Good luck!

I have PCOS and did letro and ovidrel along with IUI and conceived first round!

I did 3 rounds of 5 mg unmonitored femara. Had a chemical with the 3rd...with the 4th it was monitored and did 5 mg days 6-10 but didn’t have much growth so we piggybacked with another round in the same cycle of 7.5mg days 13-17 and got one good follicle and triggered CD 20...unfortunately we didn’t get pregnant....we were going to move on to gonal f, but my REs won’t be in town to monitor next week so we are doing a 5th round of femara at 7.5 on CD 6-10 to hold off ovulation until they get back so hopefully we can trigger and do an IUI around the 29th if I haven’t already ovulated.
