What is this feeling?

I know it’s not clomid, but it works the same so thought I’d ask here..

I have been preg before. I have 3 children, conceived naturally.

Then we dealt w secondary unexplained infertility. And I have been on letrozole. I ov on my own without it, but dr thought if we had healthier eggs & maybe more than one it would up our chances..

This cycle my temps have stayed high, af due tom & temp is high as it always is first week post O. Compared charts & it’s never happened for me.

I won’t test until af is late. (Due 15 dpo) Just bc I can’t take anymore bfn’s now.

Thing is. Since 11 dpo, I have had af cramps! On & off. & this weird pressure in my uterus.

I felt boated &.. heavy feeling from fertility meds. But never this feeling I have been feeling. Not with pregnancy or pms.

Could I have implantation cramping? Even tho I’ve never had them? Could I get super early af cramps??
