I’m close to tears

I have had a period close to two months now, with only two days of no period. I am on the verge of tears with frustration. The doctor has done a ultrasound, blood work, and nothing has stopped the period. The doctor doesn’t want to put me on bc because I was trying to conceive, which isn’t likely with all the bleeding. I’m frustrated and angry. They don’t know what is wrong with me, and honestly, I don’t know either.

It doesn’t help that my best friends aren’t being there for me right now. I feel so alone right now, so scared and so alone.
