Leg cramps ??

Has anyone else got extremely painful leg cramps it kept me awake most of the night & it’s still not gone away this morning after walking stretching massage baby has moved around so he can’t be on a nerve surely if he’s moved around loads my feet r tingerling too I duno how to get rid of it it’s so so painful

Yesss!! I wake up in the middle of the night too😣😣😣 could be because of insufficient magnesium but I never checked 🤷🏼‍♀️

It could be low magnesium. My doctor said eat bananas or drink Gatorade. The Gatorade seems to help mine

Good old charley horses have been haunting me my entire pregnancy. Drink lots of water, eat a banana every day, wear good shoes.

Red raspberry leaf tea is loaded with magnesium and potassium. Ever since I started drinking it to strengthen my uterus, around 28 weeks, I haven’t gotten a single cramp! Highly recommend!

I started eating more oranges and bananas. Drinking water of course. 
The instances have subsided.

Try taking a calcium,  magnesium,  potassium supplement.  Drink electrolyte water too.  My chiropractor said it's also from all ths added stress from weight gain and your legs take a beating since they're not used you that weight.

With my first pregnancy I experienced horrible calf cramps during the night. They hurt sooo bad! Now with my current pregnancy, I’m happy to say that I haven’t had them. I’m not doing anything different so idk why I had them while pregnant with my daughter, but now not my son 🤷‍♀️ I’m thankful though because they were extremely uncomfortable 😩

I’m getting bad leg cramps too, I only get them at night laying on my side, and then I’m forced to switch sides but they still don’t go away. Ive tried putting a pillow between my legs, stretching or elevating my legs which helps a little but doesn’t completely go away 😩
