Irregular periods

How do people cope with irregular periods and trying to conceive been trying since July last year and had 4 miscarriages since then I've had 3 periods since July as well it's getting me down a bit as one of my family members has had her little boy and two of my friends had their babies as well I'm waiting for my gynecology appointment but feels like it will happen next year as still got to wait for another period I feel like I can't cope with the wait of having another as it doesn't seem to be happening how does everyone help with conceiving I don't use opks or anything and we only baby dance whenever all the way up until my period starts and doesn't seem to be happening
