Opinions on cloth/reusable diapers...

Ok so I'm a FTM to be, currently 18 wks with my first, and I'm thinking about possibly using the cloth/reusable diapers but I wanted to know others experiences with them good or bad.

What brand did you like best or decide to use (if you were just trying them out)? Where did you get them?

What was your wash routine with them and what did you use to clean them? How easy/hard are they to clean?

Did they fit your child properly? How easy/difficult are they to put on? (I know they have they ones that snap but I keep imagining the ones you wrap and pin yourself)

Do clothes fit over them easily? Did you have to get bigger sizes as your child grew?

What are your best experiences with them? What are your worst?

If you used both reusable and disposable diapers, what brand of disposables did you use?

If you didn't like using the reusable diapers, why not?

I'm mainly considering them to save money of course, but I also sensitive skin and even if my baby isn't as sensitive as me I'd like to avoid wasting money on different diapers brands that may or may not irritate my childs skin. I'm also a SAHW/M so having to wash them daily wouldn't be a problem for me, I am especially curious how and what you used to clean yours to get them "squeaky" clean though.

And please feel free to add anything else you think I should know about them good or bad.
