Cant enjoy my pregnancy:(

You guys. I cant enjoy my pregnancy. First I have Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Im 23 weeks pregnant and miserable. Also my husband leaves to Korea in 3 weeks for 1 year. He will miss the birth of our child. I'll be raising a 2 yr old and a newborn on my own.
