Am I the only one who is afraid to go places by myself?

For example, I won’t go to the bar, out to a lounge, out to eat etc on my own. It’s to the point where i’m not getting out at all. I have 3 friends and they all work on opposite schedules so it’s hard to meet up when I want to do these things

I was the same way for a long time. It got pretty bad for a couple months to the point I was getting depressed. So I started to try n push myself to do little outings by myself and work my way up. Like going for walk somewhere where there's not many people. Or Going in the store to get a coffee not just drive thru. And so on. Somedays its harder to do then others but the more I try to go out the better it gets.
