Drunk boyfriend

I honestly hate when my boyfriend is drunk, however I know I can’t do anything to stop him living my life. He promises me that he won’t get drunk every time he goes out, but he usually does. Tonight, I saw him with a girl on his story, and I’m pretty sure he’s drunk. I know it seems ridiculous that I’m jealous, but I know what he’s like when he’s drunk and I don’t know who this girl is.

For a while now I’ve noticed that he has turned his phone notifications off, and he gets a bit funny when I’m near his phone. He has never posted a thing about me on social media.

Anyone have any suggestions on what I should do or feel??

PS he has helped me through so many hard times, including when my mum was abusing me. I know he isn’t using me
