My sister is 36 weeks and 3 days and has back pain, and vaginal pain, she was sent home from the hospital at 5cm dilated last night. And has been having a bloody mucus since last night. Anybody have any tips of how she can help to further dilate or get her water to break?? The pain is bearable but shes really uncomfortable and the hospital wont keep her.

Shes 6cm dilated and at the hospital again. Bouncing, walking, dancing. Nothing yet. I'll keep you all posted tha k you
