4th pregnancy and feeling ill

So this is my 4th pregnancy i have a daughter of 6 years old had 2 miscarriages about a month ago started suffering with headaches feeling and being sick blurred vision anxiety and panic attacks and just felt asif i was losing my marbles went to drs and they said i had labrinthitus after a week of taking medicarion it went away and felt fine last week started again with the same symtoms except head aches arnt as bad another dr said viral and probs need my eyes tested had that done today got some deteriation in my left eye but nothing concerning anyone else had these symptoms in pregancy just cant cope with the feeling like im losing my marbles and anxiety the rest i can deal with btw am 5 weeks pregnant sorry for long post and appreciate anyones comments x
