Higher dose of letrozole symptoms?

Hey there. Wondering if anyone has been bumped from 5mg to 7.5mg and had very very different TWW symptoms?

Usually I am crampy from O until my period, agitated, constipated, and have tender nipples.

This cycle I’m exhausted, I’ve napped for 2-3 hours every day for the last 5 days now (I am NOT a napper usually) and I’m experiencing hot flashes and sore boobs, all over not just nipples. Also frequent urination. Some cramps but they mostly stopped after being pretty intense on 7-8DPO. Now it just feels like pulling sensations occasionally.

I’m 11DPO and waiting to see if AF shows before I test. Usually I get my progesterone tested on 7DPO but I didn’t this cycle! Wish I had, because now I’m wondering just how high it was this cycle. Last 2 cycles it was 20.2ng/ml and 12ng/ml but that cycle was on 5DPO so I think it would’ve been higher if I’d gone on 7 like normal.
