Femara Experiences?

I recently had my first doctor's appointment to get help conceiving. I believe and the doctor also believed that I have PCOS and did blood work to be sure. I have another appointment on the 24th for those results (I go months at a time with no period). I was told about 2 medications one being her preferred choice for me Femara and if that didn't work then she would put me on clomid. Would really like to hear some experiences with these medications.
