Painful TTC Journey

I’ve PCOS and I’m trying to conceive. I'm not a typical PCOS patient.I didn't have any symptoms except irregular periods when i was diagnosed with PCOS. I'm neither overweight nor insulin-resistant.I'm taking 2000mg of Metformin from last six months. My periods have become regular even. My doctor scheduled follicle tracking ultrasound to confirm ovulation. Through ultrasound she found out that i was ovulating but she still wanted me to go for progesterone test on cd21. But it didn’t happen for some reason. I utilize my fertile window and it’s been 10 months. I’m tired and really stressed about it.I’m 23 so doctors don’t take me seriously.😭 I really want to go for letrozole/(ovulation induction drugs) but doctors say that keep on trying. It’ll happen ! But WHEN?? I’m tiredddddd 😭😭😭😭
