One Year Ago

One year ago, I took a test that changed my life forever.

I'd been feeling off all the week prior and my biggest clue that something was amiss was having the smell of bacon made me sick to my stomach. I decided to wait until Saturday, since my period always started on Friday. Saturday morning came and I immediately saw the line appear.

Even though my husband and I had been trying, I was nervous to tell him. I wanted to keep it my secret a little bit...but I couldn't!

My life is forever changed for the better, this little human brightens every morning and makes me rush home from work.
