Cool boiled water
So I’m a FTM and pretty much everything I’m doing is by the book as I am so worried I’ll end up doing something wrong and making her poorly or something!
Basically my little girl will be 10 weeks on Thursday and she’s always suffered with really bad wind and struggles to bring it up along with a little reflux too, the last week or so she’s been really struggling with her nappies she’s going a good few days in between poos and she’s in quite abit of pain through it. We’ve had her on infacol, gripe water and now dentinox (this has made her a lot better in terms of wind) however everyone is telling me to give her some cooled boiled water everyday and it will just help regulate everything and will help her go to the toilet.
Now of course I googled it and water intoxication came up so now I’m really panicked about giving her it but if it will help with her pains I’m honestly willing to try anything!
Has anyone had any experience with this? Would it benefit her an oz or so of cool boiled water? Or is it just a complete no no?
She is also formula fed
