Bloody show

Anyone had a small amount of red blood when they wipe? Early in the morning? For multiple days in a row?

Backstory: had what I’d consider to look like mucous come out Wednesday. Friday and Saturday middle of the night had some blood not really what looked like mucous the first time I got up to use the restroom through the night. Sunday morning more blood in small amounts mixed with watery stringy discharge and has happened for more than one trip to the restroom. Already consulted with L&D nurses, but looking for someone who has experienced this.
