When will you move baby to their own room

Or other, please comment. My LO co-sleeps and reaches up just to know that I’m there... I don’t know how I can ever move him to his own room, but the longer I wait the harder it seems.

Baby and I sleep in his room. He sleeps in crib and I’m on mattress. When I feel less nervous about SIDS and Ive fully weaned him from breastfeeding, I’ll move out. It’s nice to be able to do the night time feeds and then go right to sleep.

I moved my son at 4 months or so because my husbands snoring was waking him up. The first few days were the hardest but it gets easier. The move was never hard for my son he started sleeping better immediately.

She’s 5.5 months and I don’t see her leaving our bed anytime soon. I’m fine with it cause she’ll be our only one, so i take all the cuddles I can get.

I moved my first around six months. I plan to do about the same with my second. However, since I bedshare with my second, I am worried it will be a little more difficult to transition. If it doesn’t workout I will just bedshare. I am too tired to go all in on a transition.

We moved our son at about 4 months also, but he’s literally right across the hall. He was getting to big for his bassinet.

I was planning on him sleeping in our room for the first year. But since the rock n play got recalled, we couldn’t find anything we liked that fit in our small bedroom so we moved him to his room and bought a snuza Pico for added peace of mind and also use a baby monitor. He’s been sleeping through the night since he was 2 months and he hasn’t woken up crying at all since moving to his crib. First few days were hard for me but now I seem ok with it. I also heard 12 months is when separation anxiety kicks in really good so I’m kinda glad we got it over with now.

My daughter has been in her own crib since I brought her home from the hospital. I co-sleep around 4am because I have to be up at 5 and she’s usually up to eat. But she sleeps better when we co-sleep. I just started putting her in her room 4 weeks ago and she’s a champ. We keep her owlet on and we have baby monitors as well. It’s HARD trying to break them from the co-sleep pattern but take it slow and you’re LO will adjust. Just remember, YOU ARE THE BOSS ❤️❤️❤️

5 months. Dad’s snoring woke him up, and his rustling in the pack n play woke us up. He sleeps much better in the crib in his own space. He belly sleeps much more comfortably in the crib as well.
