What is the best way to unclog your pores?

I honestly can’t keep my pots unclogged. I’m getting black heads and honestly it’s really starting to bother me. I’m also having this random acne breakout and I’m sooooo done with it.

A few things. First off I have the same problem so I will fill you in on what's worked for me: 
-avoid makeup or remove immediately when home 
-drink more water
-use a toner
-get a cleansing facial once every 2 weeks till your skin is settled (2 months tops)
-change your pillow case more often 
-avoid touching your face 
-carry alcohol wipes and clean your cell phone once or twice a day 
-wear your hair away from your face 
-avoid oil based makeup 
-wash your face every night 
-when in the steamy shower and your pores have opened up, get a gentle facial exfoliator and rub wherever needed
-clean your makeup brushes thoroughly and buy a new makeup blender/sponge. Buy several of the cheaper kind because they dont clean easily and spread bacteria very easily.
