FTM and in need of help lol

Valerie

I’m pretty sure I produce plenty to feed my baby per feeding, I just wanna make sure though. She is a month old and still takes up to an hour usually to feed. I can almost guarantee I produce enough especially since I get between 2-4oz in my haaka alone during a feed, and when I bottle feed her she eats about 3.5-4oz. Any other reasoning for her taking this long to feed beside underproduction? It can’t be a growth spurt either because it’s always at least 30mins per feed, NEVER less. I also don’t pump very often, so it’s not like I’m emptying myself before feeding her. I’m confused on what is the right thing to do when bf. Should I pump after every feeding? Or can I hold off if I’m alternating breasts? Right now I almost never pump and strictly bf. I’m struggling with finding a schedule that works for me. Any tips or suggestions help 😩
