2 year old and a new born on a bus?

I'm due in October and my first born will be nearly 2 I don't drive and I can't afford to learn right now either I'm just stressing out how I'll get out of the house with a 2 year old and a newborn? I'm gonna get a double buggy that is small ish so one in front one behind as although I may get a buggy bored too just wondered how hard will it be? I'm so scared I'll just be stuck in the house coz the thought of leaving the house will two little ones is gonna be difficult any tips or advice? Thanks
