Best time to BD and any suggestions?

My husband just received his sperm analysis and his morphology and motility are great. But his overall sperm count is lower, 10 million. When is the best time to BD? The two days before ovulation? The day before ovulation and after? Three days before ovulation and then the day before? I ovulate on the 29th according to Glow.  
Also any suggestions on improving sperm count?

Read the sperm meets egg plan. It gives good advice for this. I think they say the best time in your situation is every other day and then the morning after a positive ovulation test.

Prepare for lots of bad advice. But if you read actual research most of it points to daily sex throughout the fertile window for the best chance of conception ESPECIALLY with a low count. Even multiple times per day. The sperm are better quality with frequent ejaculation. And your most fertile days are the 5 days BEFORE ovulation. You’re not nearly as fertile on ovulation day. 
That being said, 10 million is a very low count. Is your SO seeing a urologist? If not I’d suggest that. They are best for male factor. And the cause of the low count may be treatable. 10 mil will make it very hard to conceive naturally

Disagree on the every other day. Go to the website www.countdowntopregnancy and look at the ovulation calculator. It gives you times to have sex using different methods. It also says to only have sex every day if you DONT have a low sperm count.

The numbers are how many he takes per day. He also takes clomid 50mg every other day
