Trigger shot and faint BFP!!!

I took the trigger shot of 250mcg on April 12th at 7am. So I am 11dpt/10dpo. And I got a faint BFP this morning. Is it a BFP or a still a trigger in my system.

Or am I 10dpt/9dpo? Please suggest guys? I don’t want to get my hopes high for nothing.
