Could be ovulation cramps. If you haven't been using opks or anything to track ovulation, that's probably what it is. Glow can be wrong when predicting when ovulation is.

Unless you actually track your ovulation with OPKs, the app is just a guess based on the average woman with an average cycle. You’re likely experiencing ovulation cramps. It has happened to me a few times and I finally figured out what it was when I ended up pregnant 2 weeks later!
